Rental conditions:

1. A rental in the period from 30.03. to 26.10.2024 is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

2. The final cleaning fee of €120.00 is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

3. 1 set of bed linen and towels pp 10 € optionally bookable (beach towels cannot be borrowed and must be brought along)

4. A weekly change of bed linen and towels can be booked on site for €10 per person

5. A security deposit of 300 euros is payable in cash upon arrival.

6. The tourist tax introduced in Catalonia in 2013 is to be paid separately on site: €7.70 once per person and week from 16 years of age.
