The beautiful large and comfortable holiday house with private pool on the Costa Dorada in Spain offers enough space for 4-6 people. Casa miAlina was completely restored and newly furnished in the end of 2019. The house is located near the beach, in a quiet, residential area of ​​Cambrils and it is situated on a low-traffic cul-de-sac. The center of Cambrils can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike on the beautiful palm beach promenade.
Last year the house was completely modernized by us and newly furnished with great attention to detail.
The beautiful town of Cambrils is located about 100 km south of Barcelona on a natural beach with excellent, fine sand quality. The gently sloping beach invites especially families with children for sunbathing and swimming. Only 300 meters away is our house, within walking distance.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large kitchen, spread over one floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning units, which produce pleasant temperatures even in high summer temperatures and allow a restful night's sleep. In the center of the house is the spacious, light-filled living area with open fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace.
Also on this level is the new kitchen and the modern designed dining area. The new kitchen has the highest comfort, an extensive range of electrical appliances and useful kitchen utensils.
The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with gravel, natural stone and old olive trees and a beautiful pool overlooking the garden. In the garden there is another dining area with barbecue, which is suitable for cozy meals. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view of the mountains, in the surrounding beautiful housing estate and to the sea.
